 1. No Refund Policy: Once the goods are sold, no refunds shall be made.

 2. Exchange Policy: Paid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once delivered, can only be returned if there is an issue with the product, such as:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Improper labeling
  • Product defect or damage during shipping

If your order qualifies for an exchange, we will either: Replace the product with the correct one

  • Refund the billed amount after discussing the issue with you
  • The exchange or refund process will be completed within 3–5 working days after verification.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If an exchange is approved, the shipping costs for sending the replacement product will be charged to the customer.

4. Refund Mode: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the payment mode requested by the customer (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Reporting a Problem: It is mandatory to inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a wrong or defective product.
